Bespoke bubbles offers this website, including information ,tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notice stated here.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service,  use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO BE DISPATCHED.

 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of Service.

Certain products may have limited quantities.

 RETURNS- REFUNDS

 CANCELLED ORDERS

If you haver placed an order and then cancel you will receive a refund less 20% for restocking fee. Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind or can not afford the order as these are not the deemed reasons of cancelling/refunding order.

 Damaged in transit

All goods are checked before they leave our premises and all care is taken to protect your order from damage. Unfortunately at times items may arrive damaged. Please notify Bespoke bubbles by email  with photos of evidence of this immediately. It is at the discretion of Bespoke Bubbles to compensate/replace said damaged product. As a claim will need to be submitted to courier/Australia post . Please allow time for this to be investigated.

 All bath and body products must be returned unopened and sealed condition. Only if product is deemed faulty or damaged will be replaced. If you do not like the scent or colour is not deemed faulty so no refund or replacement will occur.

 All costs to return an item are to be borne by the purchaser. Once items have arrived safely to Bespoke Bubbles and they are deemed faulty, you will be issued a credit for shipping the item back to us. You will need to forward a copy of the shipping documents.

 It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered. If a parcel is returned to Bespoke Bubbles due to this or due to not collecting, the customer will be invoiced again to have the order resent.
